why not adopt instead of giving birth?

this crossed my mind! might as well record this particular thought before i forget it forever..

i have always believed in this thought of mine.

"why not adopt instead of giving birth to a newborn?"

don't judge me. but really, that question is always in my head.

why?

we hear of news about abandoned babies and children almost everyday. we have orphanage home almost everywhere. there are also those wars and natural disasters leaving children homeless and family-less. who's going to care for them? orphanage homes aren't just the same as a real home. these children need love and nurturing and care. they need a family they can call their own.

and so i figured... why don't we take them in? i thought:

" why not we adopt the already existing innocent children, than bring new ones; after all its a cruel world out here. might as well we save the ones in need, rather than bring out new ones to suffer!"

i think i still believe in this whole ideology. partly. it's quite true pun kan honestly..

*giggle* i brought this up to my mom once, and she got worried. haha. i think she's still worried til now.
